In late 2009, Bailey Jay managed to find a doctor who was willing to operate on her and also had experience of working with transsexuals. It was on Jan 22nd 2010 when the operation went ahead. Because of her petite frame, she was limited in the implant size she could have, and ended up having 330cc saline implants put in, giving her tiny frame a modest C cup-size.
The scars are healing, and Bailey looks as hot as can be.
